i have an existing Sonos system and I just bought a JBL partybox 310 Bluetooth speaker. Is it possible to add this non Sonos Bluetooth speaker to my existing Sonos system ? Thanks for your advice

Not directly, no.
In theory if you had a Port you could wire that directly to the JBL, using its 3.5mm aux input.
You could also wire a Port to a Bluetooth transmitter, paired with the JBL, but there’d be the usual Bluetooth delay.
