80.04 update Amp and System not working

System disappeared, had to reset and reload everything, still doesn’t work, spent hours.  Despite being on the same network, restarted routers, amps, phones.  Sonos Should roll back the updates.  I don’t want to spend more hours messing with this.  Considering other systems.
