ZP90 flashing white

I updated the system software today and since then my zp90 just has a continuous flashing white light. The other items connected to the system still work. I have tried factory reset and no joy. Please can you assist.

Are you able to select Add new player for the Zp90?

No I have tried but with no green
Light etc it won’t find the device!

Sounds like there might be an issue with that player. I'd suggest that you give us a call on our support line to have it looked at.
