Two Subs two different Amps

I have multiple rooms and previous only one Sub in the dining room.

I have updated my Amps and bought a new Sub for the dining room and moved the previous Sub to the Study

The Study is connected via an Ethernet cable direct to the Amp Sub port and through a BT extender (hard wire in power circuit)

The Dining room via WIFI

The speakers in the Study and Dining room are two separate wired

YET

When I play the study alone music is heard in the dining room – even if I turn the dining room Amp off and visa versa

Utterly confusing

It is like the Subs are connected and drive the speakers without full sound

How do I separate the two subs

I’m going mad

The Subs are best left unwired via ethernet, and then bonded to the amp they accompany via the Sonos app.

Hi

How many speakers are attached to each Amp and where are they positioned. Meaning are speakers connected one AMP positioned in a single room or across two rooms?

For example:

  1. Amp 1 > All speakers are in Room A    or
  2. Amp 1 > Speakers are split between Room A and Room B
