Hi.

I got a new samsung tv with samsung connect.

I read in this forum that you need a digital to analogue converter, which I got(think you call it a DAC).

So from the tv I connected a optical cable from the ”optical audio out” to the ”optical in” in the converter. From the converter I put the red and white cable to the connect amp.

I change the source for the sound to optical on the tv but no sound!

What more can i do? Can i change some line-settings on the Sonosapp or something?

Are you choosing the Line-In source on the Sonos app? You can also go to Settings->Room Settings->(Connect room name)->Line-in Settings and turn Autoplay to On. That will select the Line-In source automatically whenever audio is sensed on the line-in.
