turntable only works through one speaker in Stereo with Amp

Hi

This is driving me a bit crazy. I have a Rega TT, through a Rega pre-amp, through to Amp. All music services work fine, except TT. It only plays through one speaker in Stereo, but through both in Dual Mono. Have checked all connections, all fine. Many thanks in advance to anyone that can help!

Do you have another connecting cable, and another source, so you can eliminate them from the list of possible causes of the problem?

    Thanks for the reply! The cable is brand new but I do have another I can try. I’ll try a CD player too to see if that works. Thanks for the tip - will revert soon!
