Hi all,

I have a turntable that has no phono preamp. I think that rules out the Sonos port, will a Sonos amp do the work? Or it it overkill to just buy it to play my old LP’s?
I have a lot of Sonos speakers all over my house and I’d love to play my records on them and listen to them from everywhere.

What’s the best solution you guys think?

Thanks in advance,

Pre-amps for turntables are a cheap purchase. Any electronics store should be able to provide an appropriate one, as well as many web merchants, such as Amazon.

With the addition of a pre-amp, your turntable could be connected to the line in on any Sonos device that has one.
