Just set it up today, after 3 hours it cut off. Rebooted, unplugged, nothing. Wired speakers still work (Connect Amp). Do I need a new AMP?

Thanks for the details Aquatic. I'd recommend that you give us a call and work with a Sonos technician live. They'll take a look with you and help with the next steps if there's an issue with that unit.

Note - Amp has been in use for 12mo, no issues. Sub was hooked up today.
