I have dropped my Sonos ERA 300 to the floor and the back cover has fractured, I want to know two things, are there any tool or program that I can try to know if this hit cause problems of the sound? and do you know sopport service in latin america?

Sonos doesn’t supply any test programs themselves, although you may be able to find some files out there to play on your system that are not created by Sonos.
Also, to my knowledge, there are no authorized support/repair locations anywhere in the world. So you would need to call Sonos Support directly to discuss any potential replacement, as they don’t have repair facilities available.
