I'm new here. I have a question about the Sonos Connect that I hope someone can help with please.
Will the Line In analogue source be digitally converted, then reconverted to analogue at the Line Out? Or is it a straight analogue pass through from Line In to Line Out, if the Line In Source has been selected?

The line-in is always converted, then buffered for streaming. Due to this, there is a 75 ms delay in uncompressed mode, longer in compressed mode.
Also, Line-Out is both analog and digital (optical and coax). A pass-thru, if it existed, would be no good for latter.
