I’m looking @ purchasing a new Sonos Connect Amp.
How do I know if I am getting the latest model?
I have seen different colored retail packaging as well as two different colors (blue & grey) used on the rear section of the amp where the connections are made.

There has never been any change in the Connect Amp designated unit; the prior name for it was Zoneplayer - ZP - 120. The preceding model was ZP100. The Connect Amp relabelling of the ZP120 was done in 2011, and all are functionally identical. In looks as well, to the best of my knowledge.

I meant that 120 and Connect Amp are functionally identical as they are in looks. The 100 is, as stated, a different model, different looks, with the added functionality of line outs.
