Hi - I just plugged my Connect AMP into a 240V mains plug without sliding across the voltage switch on the amp. There was a popping sound and it now doesn’t turn on. Has anyone has this happen and found the fix? I’m hoping I haven’t busted it

Chances are very good you have blown it up, yes. There is a gigantic thread in the Advanced section about how to diagnose and fix these issues with ZP90s/ZP120s, not sure how similar Connects are internally. If you are not comfortable with a soldering icon, call Sonos and see what they will do for you.
