Okay I'm just letting everybody know I just got off the official Sonos website and Sonos will not hook up to Roku even through the string bars HDMI arc so they're telling me I almost paid $700 for a Sonos subwoofer I'm glad I didn't

You cannot connect the Sonos Sub to theĀ Roku stream bar pro, incompatible systems.

The Sonos Sub is for connecting to Sonos hardware only, it’s a proprietary system.

The ROKU should be plugged into the TV and the TV’s HDMI ARC or HDMI eARC port connected to the SONOS.

I’m really confused by this thread. The ā€œofficial Sonos websiteā€ says you can’t hook up a Sonos Subwoofer to a Roku Playbar, so you didn’t buy the Sub. And yet you seem annoyed. Surely that’s why info is put on web sites: to inform buyers of products’ capabilities and limitations.Ā
Or am I mis-reading your thread and you’re actually congratulating and thanking Sonos for the information their web site provides?Ā
