I have a camper with two pairs of 4ohm speakers.
Can I hook these 4 speakers (two pairs) that are 4 ohms each up to the new Amp?
what would be the watt output when hooking these up?

No, if you wish to connect 4 speakers they must be 8 Ohms each.
You could get an impedance matching speaker controller.
How many Watts the Amp will deliver depends on how many Ohms the controller appears to be to the Amp.
