After housing for a week or so when it worked fine,  some reason Sonos could not find 3/5 pieces of kit and says “this kit is part of another system, reset and add to new system” - a real pain to have to force the reset on each and add - using “Sonos network” when it asked.

however for 1 piece, this doesn’t work - it says created temp Sonos network “ but my phone cannot find it to connect to. Have tried adding it to system via Ethernet network but when I try and access it it disappears from the system and needs readding - any suggestions ?

That is very odd.

I'd have tried a full reboot, Sonos, router and controllers before the Factory Reset, if that didn't solve things a Support call would be my next option.

Once you have Factory Reset you have wiped diagnostic data Support could have used to help you so it is best saved as a last resort unless specifically called for in the Sonos instructions.

Probably best to call Sjpport as they can see the internal data hidden from users.
