I have just noticed the red LED above the white status LED comes on when volume is off. It goes off when volume is turned up. Why has it started and can I turn the LED off (I know I can turn the status LED off but it's above that)? Thanks.

What product do you have? To me it sounds like you are describing the microphone status light which is an orange dot.
