SETTING UP BUT SYSTEM IS NOT TURNING ON- SEEMS LIKE IT IS NOT GETTING POWER

Is there any sound coming from the turntable? Any whirring, any hum? If so, the drive belt may be disengaged. Make sure the paper insert is removed and the drive belt is installed properly as per the manual.

If there is no noise, it just may be a defective unit. I would contact the seller (Sonos if you bought it from them).

Please, tell us more.

What devices are "not turning on". How is the Pro Ject connected to Sonos. What Sonos devices do you own? We will get this solved, we just need a little more information.

The turntable is not turning on.
It is connected to a sonos connect amp.
Sonos devices in house are 6 ones.
