I added a new amp to my existing five amp system. All 5 A play and operate. New amp shows it’s added correctly and appears on my app however, when I attempt to play music, the selected song does not play in instead. Sonos app begins scrolling through my playlist. If I select another song, same thing happens.

I’m sorry to hear of this issue you are having with your new Sonos Amp.

Are you, by any chance, trying to play Apple Music? If so, we are aware of this issue and are investigating. Please factory reset your new Amp and set it up once more - it should then be able to play Apple Music without issue.
