My Connect just stopped working - no light comes on when I plug it in. What can I do to fix it?

Understood. It seems likely that the unit will need to be replaced. Get in contact with our support team and they will be able to get this sorted.

Hi there, Craigster63. If the LED does not illuminate when you plug the device in, it sounds like it could be a problem with the power. Have you tried another cable or outlet? If the issues persist, it may be time to get in contact with our support team.

I have tried another outlet but don't have another power cable. Can I use a power cable from one of my Sonos Play 5 speakers?

Yes, that should work.

Hi. I just tried the power cable from my Sonos Play 5 and the Connect LED still does not illuminate. It is just dead.
