Can i use Sonos amp to play vinyl through my living room setup (beam, surround and sub)?

You can, but do you already have the Amp? If not then it may not be the best option.
Indeed, a Sonos Port, or even sometimes a Sonos Five are great and less expensive or more versatile options.
