Is the Sonos Amp weatherproof and can be installed outdoors? I mean the amp that supports the Sonos Outdoor speakers.

Even if it were, you will find it a challenge if not a risk to have a mains power connection outside that is exposed to the elements. Safer to run speaker cables of adequate thickness from inside the home.
