Get two Sonos Amps - one to power the pair of living room speakers and one to power the four kitchen speakers. This will give you two separate zones.
One point to consider is the room above. You will have a certain amount of sound leakage through the floor above. Using fully enclosed speakers helps with this or you can build a “box’ in the ceiling that isolates each speaker. Pack the “box” with fiberglass or similar.
