How to factory reset older model CONNECT
There is no play/pause button on my CONNECT device. Does anybody know how to factory reset my device. 😃

Press and hold the MUTE button instead, whilst applying power.
In fact, although still labelled 'Mute' on older devices, its function is 'Play/pause'.
