How stop Amp automatically connecting to TV?

Hi - is there any way that I can stop my TV (LG OLED) from always connecting and playing audio to my Sonos Amp through HDMI ARC? When I manually select the internal speakers on my TV, within a few seconds it reconnects to the Amp via ARC.

I’d turn off the Amp if I could but it doesn’t have an off button! The reason I want sound through the TV speakers is because they are much quieter and we don’t hear them when the kids get up early and start watching TV.

Try turning off Simplink (CEC) and then switch to the internal speakers.
