+21Tone controls can be adjusted in the Settings for each zone with an amplifier (Play:1, 3, and 5, and Connect:AMP).
In your controller, go to Settings > Room Settings > [select the room] > Music Equalization. On that screen, there will be slider controls for the Bass and Treble.

I have tried to change bass and treble according to your instructions but with ZERO effect!!
