Getting my house speakers working

Hi

I have moved into  a new house, which has speakers in all the rooms all wired up and ready to go.  If i buy a Sonos Bridge, will this enable me to stream my music from apple?  i realise it would be the sqame music in every room.  Do i need to buy anything else to get up and running?

Thank you.

No.   A Bridge is for extending the network of an existing Sonos system, and isn’t really needed anymore.

Assuming you do not currently have any Sonos products, you would need a Port to stream audio via the Sonos app, Apple airplay, etc, to your wired audio system.    I must add though that if all your interested in Apple music for a wired system, this is very much overkill and much more than you need.  There are other streaming devices that can stream Apple, or Apple airplay for a lot less money.  The Port, and all Sonos products are more about replacing your wired whole home system than replacing it.

I should also add that I am assuming that you have amp(s) for your system already.
