Connects and Connect Amp Flashing Red after Factory Reset.

I have mentioned this in someone else’s post but thought this should be a new post/subject.

Since updating the software to 13.4.1 both Connects and Connect Amps are flashing red instead of green after a factory reset.

They all do reconnect to the system though.

Also when muting the light turns red but I have seen that Sonos are aware of this.

Hey @Jon_R , thank you for sharing the diagnostics. I had a look and got confirmation that your case is a known bug. Our team is aware and will be working towards a fix in the future.
