I want to connect a CD jukebox to play throughout my home. I currently have (second-get) Sonos amp, two pairs of “Fives,” a Beam connected to two Fives, a Beam connected to two Play-Ones, two freestanding Play Ones, and another Sound Bar. A sonos Amp, which serves as the internet input for the whole system, plays out to two Klipsch speakers. Can i connect a CD jukebox to the amp and then play through the entire house?

Connect the jukebox to any SONOS Line-In jack. You can then play that input on any combination of SONOS units. ‘Group’ SONOS ‘Rooms’ in order to simultaneously play in multiple Rooms.
