I have 4 Sonos ceiling speakers , one amp and one arc ultra. I have connected 4 speakers to one amp , how can I play 2 speakers separately

You can’t, you connected 4 speakers to the Amp. You’d need to get a second Amp, and connect 2 speakers to each Amp.
