I already have a turntable connected to my new Sonos Amp. But want to know if there is a way to also connect a second item, for example a CD player?

You posted here that Line-In from the turntable wasn’t working.
Assuming that issue is successfully resolved all you’d need is an input selector switch, with at least 2 RCAx2 inputs and 1 RCAx2 output.
