I recently got a new router. My two sonos speakers reconnected to my network but my Connect isn’t found as a device. I can’t figure out how to reconnect it to the system. I’ve tried unplugging and that hasn’t worked.

Wire one of the speakers which is working to the router. Power the Connect off, wait 30 seconds, then power it back up again.

When the Connect has restarted, check you can see it in the controller. If all is well, you can disconnect the network cable from the speaker.

After replacing a router everything on the network should be rebooted.

Is CONNECT wired to the network?

Yes. Everything has been rebooted. Connect is wireless and not wired to my router.
