Right, I've tried hooking this sub to the Amp using a proper, expensive subwoofer cable as well as a plain licorice RCA-cable to no avail. (Subwoofer is active)
Any ideas :?

+22This is as a stand alone Connect:Amp not a Connect:Amp being used to push surround speakers (subwoofer port deactivated in that case).
Have you tested the subwoofer with any other sources to make sure it is working?

Ohh... the Amp is drivning wired speakers. Funny, I've googled this for hours but didn't see any reference to the subwoofer port being deactivated with my setup 😕. Thanks for setting me on the right path Chris
+22So you are using the amp as surround speakers?
+22The subwoofer port works with wired speakers just not when as surrounds in conjunction with a playbar.
