I tried to connect a new sonos amp with a sonos subwoofer.

amp is connected to 2 speaker and I would like add subwoofer in Wi-Fi.

It connects correctly from app but it doesn’t work.

Have you enabled Wi-Fi for both the Amp and Sub in the Sonos app?

Ps: amp is in another floor

Just as a test, if you move the Sub to the same floor and closer to the Amp, does it work?

Tried to disable Wi-Fi in amp, reconnect but it doesn’t work

Keep the Amp wired with the ethernet cable but with Wi-Fi enabled and the Sub only on Wi-Fi downstairs. And then try changing the SonosNet channel under Settings > System > System Settings > Network. Test again.
