First I'll say that this system was awesome when I first got it and everything worked great for the first few months (though I've always found the app to be very clunky and tough to use). Then everything started to crumble.
The connectivity between it and spotify is really bad/ not working at all at the moment.
It won't hold a connection with the arc ultra. Can't figure it out.
The sub audio drops out constantly. Can't figure it out.
Linking speakers to the arc only sometimes works and only some of the speakers.
The move 2 went rogue for a few days a month ago and after resetting multiple times seems to be working for now.
I have tried factory resetting every device and rebooting my router as all the forums say to do (multiple times). It's still not working. All the devices I have issues with are really close to the router. I'll probably have to make a call during business hours to resolve this?
I'm absolutely pissed. What a waste of my time and money. You would think at the premium price you'd get a premium product. I looked up threads from people with the same exact issues from 5 years ago. That does not instill confidence that sonos is doing anything to fix these issues.
Nobody is using sonos music. Eliminate it and fix the app and the connection with Spotify and also the connection to your own devices. I would not recommend a sonos system to anyone at this point. The idea is great, the sound is great but it needs to work. Fix this garbage system.
