I'm from Russia. Lately, I've been having numerous problems updating my numerous devices (over 20 speakers). Are you blocking updates for SONOS devices from Russia? Or is this a bug on my part?

This is quite possibly AI generated as Sonos doesn’t do business in Russia. Although quite possible services are being blocked. Here’s the official Sonos Support Statement link:

Hope things are well there. I’ve not heard of any ‘blocking’ of updates, in any location, which I suppose could be identified by IP address.

My guess is there’s something going on on your network. What specific devices do you have, what error are you getting, which device and OS are you trying to update from?

You’re aware that this is a community forum, and not a place to communicate with Sonos Support directly, correct?

Translation to Russian from Google:

Sonos?

Not Sonos but other services I use that are hosted in Russia are showing connection issues, worse than a few months earlier.

Interesting. I’m afraid that hadn’t impinged on me. Thanks for the link.
