This was working fine up until a day or so ago. Now when I say Alexa play “radio X,y,z” it starts to seem as though it will play back, but then says “hmmmm, it is not currently available”
If I go into the app, whatever I have requested shows in the playback section, but paused, and if you hit the play button, it simple goes back to pause/not playing again.
I have reset the whole thing, removed it from my Amazon account etc, but nothing has worked so far. Thanks for any help.

I’d be tempted to call Sonos Support to discuss it. It is hard to tell if this is a Sonos issue, or an Amazon issue. As far as I’m aware, Sonos merely passes your voice command to an Amazon Cloud server for processing, then plays back what that cloud server tells it to. So it might be an issue between the Sonos and the cloud server, or even the Sonos and the TuneIn server, it’s hard to tell. When you call in, and give them some hard data via the system diagnostic, I would think they could trace back the issue.
