I recently upgraded my router, but now connection to speakers other than Move 2 falls off about every 24 hours. I have to unplug and re plug to get them working again

Try unplugging (power down the Move 2), then reboot the router. Wait two minutes, then plug them back in (and power up the Move 2).

If this doesn’t work, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

What is the model of the new router?

Did you copy the SSID and password from the old router to the new router?

If you are able to login to the new router and find the settings for “Band Steering” or similar, try disabling that feature.
