I am using the App on the iPad. Everything is wireless, and the app is updated.
I have two Symfonisk speakers and one Arc.
The Arc always appears, but The speakers are not found until I reboot them. They need to be rebooted every time.
I have been on the phone with Support and they have not been helpful. we have done all the rebooting speakers on my iPad, disabled the VPN, etc.
this never used to be a problem! I can’t think of anything that changed
Very frustrating.
