Can this be tracked via my app or details to the next IP address it is assigned to? It shows only on my app

Generally, if I understand your issue properly, yes, but you’ll need to have your local police contact Sonos for further data, they wouldn’t, I expect, just take your word for it.
The missing BEAM 2 will disappear from your controller soon. Immediately go to System Information and capture the unit’s serial number. You’ll need this when you follow-up with SONOS and the police.
As a general practice, update passwords and usernames on any formerly shared accounts. Pay special attention to any automated billing and credit cards.
