I have two level house.

Downstairs are two groups of wall speakers linked to Wiin Amps that I control via Google home group them in this.

I am now looking to install Sonos wall speakers upstairs link to the Sonos Amp and Sonos Arc for the TV areas (plus subwoofer in time).

Do you know if I will be able to group them all (upstairs and downstairs) via google home system so music plays and can be controlled simultaneously?

Thanks

You cannot group Sonos devices via Google home, only via the Sonos App or Sonos Voice Control (SVC). Not sure how SVC would work on Sonos Amps that does not have a microphone. Maybe others know.

I don’t use Google Home, but like you I am unable to group Sonos with Echo using Alexa.  I have WiiM devices that will group with Alexa.  Sounds like WiiM also groups with Google devices.

Grouping any or all Sonos is simple to do in the App, desktop controller or web controller. Third party controllers too.

Only requirement is that all are part of the same system, separate systems can't Group.
