Wanted to find out whether the issue of setting an alarm and not being able to add a Group has been fixed? So I set an alarm with a station, choose a speaker (eg my Move stereo pair) and choose “Include Grouped Rooms” but it fails to also then play on my Beam which is part of this Group under “Groups”.
If I set two alarms they are out of sync.
Any advice?

Alarm can currently only play to a single physical player (and any additional players that are ‘grouped’) at the time of the alarm triggering. Alarms can not currently play to a pre defined ‘group’.
Thanks, but that seems like a simple addition? Can this not just be added as a feature as it does not work having 2 players have the same alarm, the music is out of sync

It’s long been asked for, and has not been implemented. This usually means one of two things: It’s not seen as a priority, or it is far more difficult than it seems to a layman due to some underlying architecture/design.

There is a very simple solution using current design, if you use Apple iOS. I just tested it, and it works fine.
Use the new Sonos Shortcuts as part of recent App update, create a new iOS Shortcut and give it a meaningful name (eg Sonos Morning Alarm), mine is below, but adapt as necessary:
Set Volume of [bedroom] to [25%]
Play [Your Sonos favourite] on [bedroom]
Group [Kitchen and Bathroom] with [bedroom]
Make you you don't click “show when run”, as you will get prompts.
Then create Automation, again example below:
When
Wake Alarm goes off
do
Sonos Morning Alarm
Then create a wake up alarm on your iPhone, when it fires, it will sound as normal, and also run the shortcut above.
You can also trigger other Shortcuts, eg when you leave, arrive home, etc.
