Two weeks ago my Sonos system stopped playing self-created playlists. I spent lots of time troubleshooting through the Sonos not and chat.  The answer:  We will work on this. Use Airplay or such.  So, I am advised to trade one clunky software for an even more clunky option.  I soooo regret my Sonos investment.  Would NEVER recommend the service to anyone.  In fact, I now proactively say “stay away.”

Self created playlist from which service or is it from your local library?

More information is needed in order to help, or is this just another rant because there is something that is frustrating you because you don’t understand how things work?

MANY people continue to purchase Sonos and many continue to suggest Sonos for single room or whole home audio…. Because for most.. it works, and works well.

Tidal.  I spent a LOT of time troubleshooting this with SONOS support.  At the end of it all, they basically said: “We don’t know. We need to work on this some more. Keep reading our SONOS community posts. In the meantime, link through Tidal Airplay.”  Sure thing. It’s better than the zip connection I have to my Tidal playlists through SONOS, but there is nothing responsive or seemless about this approach.  SONOS should want to do better. (So no, Pools 3015 — it is not because I am a dumb-f****.)
