Please help to provide Diagnosis content of my Sonos system

Hi:

 

I found my Sonos era 100 have WiFi connection problem with Arc ultra, therefore I executed a diagnosis with number **********.

May you please help to explain the content of the Diagnosis report

You have to call Sonos Tech Support to discuss the data. We here in the community do not have access to that information. FYI, we in the community are  just Sonos users like yourself.
