Here’s a strange one that has got me puzzled.

I had a Stevie Wonder album on my NAS but when I went to play it the other day there was only 1 track showing, but listed 3 times.

I deleted it from the NAS and re ripped it no problem but when I went to play it, it was still 1 track 3 times. I have even tried deleting it and updating the library via SonoPad app as the Sonos one seems not to work, and then ripping it again.

Anything obvious going on please?

There are several (I think) threads that seem to be related to this issue already. I’d suggest looking at them.

One of them is:

This may not be your issue, however. If it isn’t,  I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of reproducing the issue  and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Thank you for this. Looks like it’s an ongoing issue so I won’t waste any more time trying to sort it out.

Oh for the days when Sonos just simply worked!
