My system wax playing find then just stopped
wireless connection didn’t change
and speakers are showing connected
music is selected and indicates it is playing but absolutely no sound coming out of speakers

no music coming out if system for no apparent reason
First step: DO NOT do a Factory Reset, that will make things worse in almost every situation.
The best first step is to power down all Sonos devices, reboot the router and controller, wait a couple minutes and power up the Sonos.
That will cure any connection issues both locally and to your music provider.
Second would be to try a different source and see if it works. Just in case your preferred provider is seeing issues.
