Issues with audio output for Dolby True HD/Atmos

Hi!

2 weeks ago I downloaded The Sinners movie Blu-Ray Remux with Dolby True HD + Atmos 7.1 original audio. Before watching a Blu-Ray Remux file I always check that whether the icon in Sonos app shows "Dolby Atmos" so I confirm that the audio quality is the highest possible. I confirmed this for the The Sinners but had to postpone the watching part.

However, today I have finally found the time to watch it but I have just discovered that instead of Dolby Atmos icon the Sonos app suddenly shows Dolby Multichannel PCM 5.1. Why is that? Has something happened in the recent days? Is it the software/hardware update?

My set-up:

TV: Sony Bravia XR 55A75K
Audio: Sonos Arc Ultra + Sub Mini + 2 Ones SL
External device for Dolby True HD: Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K (before commercial change adding "Plus")
App used for watching: Plex

Hope someone can clarify because I don't understand what happened, 2 weeks ago everything worked like a charm.

Thank you!

Not sure I can  help but to clarify your post.

You are playing the downloaded file from a Plex server to your Firestick 4k which is selected for viewing and your Arc Ultra is connected to the Sony eARC HDMI output?

If not, more details will help folks respond better.

Yes, it’s correct. I have checked and this has happened to all my Blu-Ray movies.
