I’m using Roam2 and I have an Amazon Music Unlimited subscription. I want to use it, but when I try to sign in, I’m redirected to the “amazon.com” page and cannot complete the registration. This is because my subscription was made through “amazon.co.jp” in Japan.
If anyone knows how to register it in Japan, please let me know how to proceed.

Thank youThere were no specific settings on the speaker unit itself, and the time code and app are both set for Japan. Although my Amazon account is also set to Japan, the authentication process fails to recognize Japan as the location.
The country setting I’m referring to is for your Sonos account. Sign in on the sonos web site and check your account settings there. I think Sonos uses that setting for determining your home location and what services should be available.
