How to reorder "Sonos Favorites"?

I can’t for the life of me work out how to reorder my Favorites on the Sonos home screen. Can someone please advise?

I’ve tried tapping and holding, tapping into “Stations” and tapping “Edit”, but while there are options to remove, I don’t see any way to reorder.

Must be missing something obvious.

Thanks!

I’m not sure if this is possible yet.  I could be wrong  though and can’t try it myself as i am away from home.

I expect this thread will be marked as feature request, along with the others, and we will be advised to ‘Keep the ideas coming!’ 😀

Also add:

  1. The ability to add ‘Line-In’ to favourites.
  2. The ability to search favourites.

😲 Really? I’m surprised this wasn’t implemented when the favourites feature was initially developed.

It seems those requests are from nearly two years ago. Is the app no longer being updated? As a new Sonos user, this genuinely shocks me.

The last two years of App development have concentrated on returning features “removed” in the update debacle of May 2024.  Only now are genuinely new features being added and there is a new App currently being Beta tested that could offer great improvements, it seen it myself but have requested Beta access, you might want to do the same.

The new CEO has promised that the new version will only be implemented if the Beta community approved.  A marked change from the May 24 version which was a PR disaster for them and was Imposed against the customers will despite it being a under developed mess.

Thankfully recent updates and comms frmo Sonos seem to be restoring customers faith, but still a way to go to bring it up to date, and truely customisable, as with some other Music applications out there.
