There’s not a lot to go on in your post. But once bonded to a soundbar, they are a part of the room that has the soundbar and surrounds as a single entity.
If that doesn’t answer your question, please expand your explanation of what’s happening.
Does this have any relationship to your post a few months ago?
You did get some answers then - with requests for clarification - which you couldn’t be bothered to respond to at that time, so we also don’t know if or how that issue was resolved.
Very hard to reply without internet I’m mot that type of person ok ty it does now its setup should I hear anything in the rear rra300 watching normal tv or just movies
Depends on your source, and your TV. If they’re sending surround data to your Beam, Arc, or Ray, then yes, a pair of Era 300s will play sound data. A single Era 300 will not.
If a program is sending a 5.1 (Dolby Digital or Atmos) to your TV (many programs don’t), then your surround channels would be active. Test using a recent movie on a movie channel, but never YouTube, as it’s infamous for downrezzing to stereo.
The Sonos app shows you what is is receiving on the page that represents the room your surround system is set up in. Stereo or PCM 2.0 means no sound from the rear speakers.

Hard to set up Sonos without internet, it is required. As indicated on the box when purchased. And honestly, I’m not sure how you’re responding here, since access to this forum also requires internet.

Does the Playbase support era300’s as surrounds?
Did you add the Eras to your existing system, or have you created a second system?
If the Eras are stereo-paired you need to un-pair them before they can be added as surrounds.
Are there any coloured LED’s showing on the Playbase or the Eras?
Your final question has already been answered above.
