Era100 lost its connection with TV, cannot fix it

My Era100 has worked normally during the time I've had it, about 1 year. Now it suddenly doesn't connect with my TV or if it connects, it disconnects itself after a moment.

I've tried everything I can imagine, with the TV and era100, and the app.

Any ideas?

I’d try a full network reset. Unplug all of your Sonos devices from power, then reboot your router. Wait two minutes, then plug back in your Sonos devices. Wait another two minutes, then test.

Generally speaking, the Era 100 is designed as a surround speaker when connected to a TV. I think, from the information you’ve posted, it’s not being used as a surround speaker. How do you have it connected to your TV? How are you actually using it? How is it set up? What kind of network is itnormally connected to?

The Era 100 is not intended for TV use as a stand alone speaker. The only time it should be used in conjunction with a TV is as a PAIR used as surrounds with a Sono soundbar. It’s also not recommended to send TV audio to any Sonos speaker setup as another room outside of a Sonos Home Theater as the result is a 75ms delay.

There have been instances where people have attempted to use an Era 100 connected to a TV via Bluetooth. However the results are less than favorable.

So, how are you trying to use your Era 100 with your TV?

Edit:

@Airgetlam types faster than me. Also we can’t see that another response has been submitted while still typing.
